Quality Auto Mall Service

Ive been here an hour, so far theyve drained the oil and took off the tires. The guy working on my vehicle has been walking around, sitting and talking to other mechanics. The front desk people are in there talking. From what I see is basically one guy actually working. Another gentleman came in for the same thing, oil change and tire rotation, I also wanted my tires balanced. His is done, mine still on lift with no mechanic in sight. Most unprofessional group I have seen. Im hoping all the work is actually being performed at professional manner, so far, I have not witnessed anything near professionalism, except by one mechanic. Really not sure if the guy working on mine IS a mechanic. Will never come back again!!!! 2 hours to change oil, rotate tires and balance???.If they get paid to talk theyd be in the right business.
