Cracked a tooth that led to some pretty high level pain. As a new patient of theirs, I called as soon as they were open and was given excellent service from the front desk to get me on the schedule as soon as possible to get a referral for an oral surgeon. The staff and Dr. Hong were also very calming and easy going while giving me a list of potential options for my specific case. So happy I chose to see them during my emergency.

Very disappointing experience - changing dentists. My husband went to Dr. Panico for an emergency and ended up being told by Dr. Hong to calm down and that they are just doing a check up that day. The whole reason for reaching out was for an emergency situation that wasn't even addressed. Eventually got a return appointment to have impressions done for an upper denture - Dr. Panico told him that they'd be ready in a month and they would call when they were in....fast forward two months, no call. When he did call the office he was told that they never sent out the impressions because an appointment was canceled that wasn't even for the same issue. Why would Dr. Panico have told him that they'd be ready in a month if he had to come back for a follow-up before they could be ordered? Seems like no one can keep anything straight there anymore. What a shame, what happened to Carol...never had a problem when she was there.

If I could give zero stars I would. Extremely unprofessional and inconsiderate. The doctor couldnt even look at me with his eyes open (Dr. HONG) he talked to me with his eyes closed.. like squeezing them tight very bizarre! He was cleaning my teeth and uttered the comment gross twice. I still cant believe how ignorant this doctor was DO NOT COME HERE!! Or go to a different doctor. Im sure the other doctor is awesome, but not Andrew Hong. All the other employees were super friendly and pleasant. Just dont go to Dr. Hong.
