That entire staff understood the pain I was in and treated me as if I was someone they knew....I meant , frim the person who opened up the door 10 minutes early for me to the receptionist abs definitely the dentist and his assistant ( I need to go find their names and update this later) they took what was an extreamly uncomfortable situation and made it as good as that scenario could be, im truly grateful for their efforts and actions today at the Rio Grande location.

Honest about the quality of the upper full implants that cost me 34 thousand dollars and they broke in the back! This dentist has no idea how he lied from the beginning about everything! The Aspen dentist was not afraid to tell me the truth about the cheap dull upper implants which I paid way too much for! I knew it was a horrible experience and to boot instead of seeing me to access my issue with the breaking of the implant, they are still trying to tell me in order to be seen I had to pay 300 more! All the other dentist offered free consultation and also free CT scan! I was told the truth by Aspen and I knew that something was off from the beginning as I was told one thing and then changed to pay then charged way more on the day of ! Aspen verified what I already knew and they were honest from the start! NO IMPLANT SHOULD BREAK !! The actual implant was what broke and left me once again a quote from the second dentist involved with my treatment! Ty Aspen for your honest advice, it was more than appreciated!!

I contacted Aspen by phone after on line research. I received my appointment within 2 days. From the moment I arrived I was immediately greeted in a pleasant, professional manner. In no time I was taken back to x-ray. The technician was excellent and completed my series efficiently. During my initial examination the dentist advised I needed deep cleaning. I knew this because during an examination last year my dentist , since retired, advised the same. I met with billing and was given a detailed accounting of the fees for the services. Being a member of a discount service accepted by Aspen, they provided a comparison between regular and my discounted fees. I accepted the fee schedule and immediately began treatment. The hygienist was so professional and efficient. The procedure took about an hour. I cant say enough about how good my teeth and gums feel. She was thorough and explained everything to me. I look forward to continuing with Aspen for all my dental needs.
