        Today January 27 I was at Ross Rio Grande south Jersey, and my experience was horrendous, I went to try on some clothing at the dressing room , and the two ladies specially that girl Michelle that work there they were so rude, they dont even smile or say good morning , nothing ! they make you feel very little there . Every time I go to Ross I spend 100 or 150 dollars but to be honest I think is better spend a little more at marshals or Tjmax a least they treat you very good and they value you as a customer They seem like they hate the job. I spoke to the manager about it, I really feel bad for the company to have employees like that , I worked with customer service all my life and I never experienced something like this. I hope this constructive criticism help to improve the service at the dressing room.
