Took 20 min to change my pin and I was not told before hand I had to tell them if it was going to be 4 or 6 numbers. I went to the atm to withdrawal money and my pin didn't work. And at this branch there are no tellers. Just 2 ATMs. Don't waste time and just go to a different Chase

They are horrible!!! Very dirty and smells inside. And dont bother coming near their closing time because they will ask you to come back because they are about to close (place is always empty)

Not small business friendly at all. Despite impeccable credentials (high fico) and a high performing business with high growth was denied a credit line because of a write off 15 years ago. If your a growing, small business go elsewhere.
