My appointment was for 3:45PM and so I arrived at 3:15PM, hoping that being early would speed up my visit. I wasnt taken back till 4:35PM with no chance of making my PSRC 4:45PM pickup but I stayed after calling my ride service and letting them know that I would be 15 minutes late as they close at 5PM. Yet I was another 30 minutes delayed due to the lack of help at the lab window to pickup my orange can for a home sample. Since when does it take over 90 minutes to complete an appointment?
I was advised that late day appointments are sometimes more precarious to manage, and I should schedule earlier to have less trouble. So why dont they tell you that when you schedule the appointment?
The lady behind the counter refused to help me and ignored my calling out to the lab staff. Other patients heard me calling out and asked why no one was helping me! I went back to see the lady behind the counter and she totally dismissed me and pretended she had no control over my situation but she could have gotten up and tried. Instead, she just sat there and ignored me!
I was told that it was too late, and the lab staff had almost all gone home but it was NOT my fault that I was late. If I wasnt disabled, I would have left and come back for the orange can but I have no way of returning on my own. Is this the way you treat disabled patients who are dependent on public transit?
I missed my ride home because I was almost an hour late and they left. I had to wait over an hour outside before a family member got home and could come for me!
I was made to wait almost an hour to get to my appointment and they had some story of a difficult patient before me. So why did I have to pay the price for a difficult patient?
If it didnt take three months to make a new appointment I would have just left early and come back but last time I couldnt get a ride it took 3 months to make a new appointment! It takes almost 3 months to make an appointment with Dr Patel.
I have been a very long-term PMG patient and have always been very happy coming here, but this has crossed a line! How can you treat patients like this?
I left my home at 3:00PM and got home at 6:15PM for a 15-minute appointment!

Worst practice ever. Operations are extremely poor. Its a nightmare to get an appointment or request records. Very rude staff.

Horrible! Do not use them! The billing practices and lack of response or accountability for anyone you speak to in the office is ridiculous! GO ELSEWHERE!

New doctors are a hit and miss. Good ones don't accept new patients. The equipment are really outdated. Awful billing department. I moved from Princeton last year but a couple of months ago I got a bill for services provided 2 years ago. I called them and they said they didn't have correct insurance info on file. I sent them the member ID etc. I got a call from them today saying that they have filed a claim and insurance has told them that I don't have an account and they will sent my bill to collection. I called the insurance and they told me Princeton Medical never filed a claim and bill will be covered.
