Princeton Medical Group, PA

Like my new doctor so far but the overall group itself is truly horrible. Most of the doctors and staff do not care about your well-being. They dont have your best interest at heart. Ive gone through a few doctors at this practice who do not take the time to go through problems and do not try to help you. I was told once that they cant help me figure out the problem and that I need to figure out whats the cause in order for them to help. This is not my area of expertise so I am seeking medical professional assistance for you to help me discover and understand the potential problem. The appointment system is horrible. Its near impossible to get an appointment, especially for situations that come up unexpectedly. Seems like these doctors are only here for the money, not to truly help the community.

I'm am scheduled to have surgery April 1st an I need clearance from my doctor here. I have called and called only to be told by customer service that they will put my info in the computer and a nurse will call me back. I am 56yrs old an I have never er had to deal with.this type of aggravation from a doctors office. Without the doctors clearance surgery cannot be done. When you call the call center its like calling to speak to the president you never get anywhere. Im am stressed out and disgusted over the system they have. Its unfair to patient's.After this situation I will definitely look for another promary.

Excellent Doctor. Billing office staff is completely useless. I have been going to my Primary Doctor at Princeton Medical Group for over 5 years. EVERY YEAR my blood tests, for my annual physical, are mis-coded and I get bills from Quest Diagnostics (in the same office). Every year I am unable to communicate with the billing office and I end up having the bills sent to the collection agency. COMPLETELY FRUSTRATING. DOES ANYONE FROM PRINCETON MEDICAL GROUP LOOK AT THEIR REVIEWS? I am not the only patient having these problems.

Really bad experience at this place. Trying to get an appointment for a physical takes 4 months or more and the office staff wont setup bloodwork until 2 weeks before. No reminders for your annual physical and getting messages to and from your doctor is impossible. This place is setup to not care for their patients. Being in healthcare its shameful!
