I was referred to Tindall Ranson by PSE&G for water heater replacement. Trust PSE&Gs recommendation! From the first telephone interaction with the office staff from TR (Im sorry ladies I didnt write down your names) to installation performed by Josh, Plumbing Technician, such an exceptional & positive experience! All were professional, knowledgeable & friendly. Face-to-face with Josh, his work ethics are amazing and his genuine kind and caring self was greatly appreciated! Highly recommended. We had Tindall & Ranson replace our hot water heater which has led to nothing but problems. The day after it was replaced, we smelled gas and had our utility company come out and check for leaks. We had gas leaking because the Tindall & Ranson technician didnt tighten ANY of the gas piping for the unit. After the install, we also noticed the HVAC inflow/outflow piping was loose. We had to have Tindall & Ranson come back out to correctly glue back the HVAC piping they had taken off. On top of all this, they also cracked my HVAC condensate pump which I had to pay another company to replace. Dissatisfied customer.
