AC & Heating Experts Princeton crew came out to service our Heating system. He was terrific. Very knowledgeable, professional and an over all very nice person. He gave his recommendations for making our air cleaner and how our system could work better. He was not pushy and was very respectful of our decisions. I would definitely want AC & Heating Experts Princeton to continue our service calls.

AC & Heating Experts Princeton came to my home and did an extremely thorough inspection of my furnace. He patiently showed me photos of the inside and out of the equipment and shared with me all of the issues he spotted. He gave me the short term option but was clearly concerned with safety issues so also shared with me a longterm option. It is certainly the first time in a long time that I have received such a comprehensive assessment of this heater and it is clearly critical that I received it. He was excellent!

"The tech came out to service my furnance unit after it stopped turning on and I couldnt be happier with the service I received. They arrived right on time and set to work right away. They were courteous and thorough, inspecting and testing each component in my system to ensure it was in working order. Once they were done with the heater repair the crew made recommendations on next steps and armed me with more knowledge about my system than I had previously. I highly recommend AC & Heating Experts Princeton as service to any residential HVAC issue. "

The office personnel and technicians at AC & Heating Experts Princeton are pleasant and competent, and they communicated with me throughout the installation of a new air conditioner and furnace system. It was wonderful to work with a firm that provided excellent service and actually cared about its clients. If you want reasonable rates, professionalism, and wonderful service, I strongly suggest them for any HVAC needs.

Our attic was cleaned, disinfected, and a completely new installation was completed by AC & Heating Experts Princeton. The entire staff was courteous, professional, and patient in addressing all of my inquiries. The installation went quite well, and I'm very pleased with the results! 5 stars all the way.
