Matt Coscia is an amazing realtor to work with. He is extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Not overly pushy but assertive as necessary. On top of every detail. Never ignored my calls or texts. Highly recommended!

A real estate agent from Glenn maryRenee boyd came to me wanting to rent out one of my houses by telling me she had a qualified tenant She brought over the contract And told me they needed a place right away because it was a problem with the plumbing at the other location they were staying at so I agreed and answer her moving in people I wouldnt rent my dog house to proceed it not to pay the rent and trash the house so her definition of qualifies tenant means she didnt do any credit check and she knew the family well and she needed to get them into a place because their mother did not want them in their house after taking my commission what she actually put down for the tenants as part of the rent She proceeded not to be available from that day forward I must say Renee Boyd is the most unprofessional real estate agent Ive ever came in contact with and if the Lombardi group that also builds houses and commercial properties run their business with people like this in their office that are unethical I dont see Why anyone would call them to sell a house or buy a house I think what they did is a horrible May have not heard the end of this
