We had Ryan Andrus as our agent, we listed the home at the end of June. It was the worst experience. He took the photos himself, did not help with any ideas for staging and did open houses without advertising. He did not tell us to open the pool or hot tub. We received one offer with Ryan and it was way under our asking price. We canceled the contract. Our new agent had us open the pool and hot tub and helped with ideas and items for staging. Our house went on MLS on Tuesday and we had an offer over asking by Friday.

Rented unit in multifamily home at shore. Rental included one parking space. Upon arrival, could not get into space due to presence of 3 SUVs belonging to other renters, one renter's husband's car, tight driveway and a row of trash cans. Called RE office, they did nothing other than tell me to park on the street even though the space was included with the rental. Other renters complained as well. No one from rental office came to the property during the entire week. They claim (after all those renters left) that they went there and saw no problem. I asked for reimbursement for parking which was included in rent. We had to park a block away all week & couldn't even get in or out to unload our small sedan. Owner says no to refund, broker insists I am asking to be refunded for FREE parking on the street. Can anyone be this unprofessional. I would not use them again.

Unfortunately, Annmarie Dee Burtnick is representing Keller Williams Reality and I am unable to write a good review about her. She is unethical and is not in the "sellers" best interest. During negotiations of the sale of my mother's home, she used terms like "don't be greedy" and "you have enough money to live on". These are just a few examples of what you would be dealing with if you chose to use this realtor at Keller Williams. We are now in the inspection portion of the sale, and she is "bullying" us to do and say things to our Attorney so not to lose the sale, which is not our intention. I asked her to work with me directly and not my mother for the inspection issues, so not to upset my mother during negotiations, and because she didn't like that I wasn't listening to her, she went over my head and to my elder mother to upset her. It goes on and on .... but trust in this... DO NOT use Annmarie Dee Burtnick, and it would be best for Keller Williams Reality not to either!!!!
