Netherwood flats is an amazing complex! It is run so nicely with the help of Chris who is always there to help with any questions. The gym is a beautiful touch and the parking lot is so convenient since it is connected to the building and have easy and secure access.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS APARTMENT There is loud music being played at all hours, the hallways smell like weed, the trash room is always full. The building is poor quality and I can hear my next door neighbor snore from his room. The garage leaks a chemical which damages my car and I had to pay hundreds in damages. The company takes no responsibility for the damages that were caused. The whole staff is inefficient, unprofessional and does not care about their tenants. They will not call respond to you if you contact them but will harass you by calling you and emailing you if you dont pay the rent by the first (per the lease agreement I can pay by the 5th) do yourself a favor and do not rent here. There are better options out there, believe me.

BEWARE! If you are looking to move into the nether-wood flats I advise that you look somewhere else where. Management does not respond when you have concerns but are super quick to respond to Google reviews. Garbage rooms are always full and the hallways reeks of garbage. I have photos to prove just how bad it can get. This is entirely unacceptable especially with the amount you pay in rent. Loud music is always being played after 10pm during the work week. Parking your car in the parking garage will have you car damaged because the pipes above leak of this chemical that leaves damages on the car. Management has been notified via email multiple times and nothing gets done they dont even respond. But if your a day late on your rent best believe they are quick on there feet to make sure you are notified. When you pay for luxury that comes with a management team that is supposed to be effective and efficient with their tenants. They simply dont care.

THE WORST APARTMENTS I HAVE EVER LIVED IN. These apartments may look luxury, but they are not. I lived there for a year and I had multiple issues. Their garage is leaky and faulty and caused $1400 worth of damages to my vehicle to which I have not been compensated. My closet rack fell and it took them 2 months to repair it. Hallways are not cleaned and there was dog urine in the elevator multiple times. The hallways smell of trash. Also I have moved out since December 31st and have not received my security deposit back. I attempted to contact this company multiple times and they do not respond, even when I lived there they did not respond to any of my concerns. I am now taking them to court for the return of my security deposit. Please do yourself a favor and do not stay here, there are much better luxury apartments in the area around the same price. The property management is the definition of unprofessional, unreliable and do not make your living peaceful. Business keeps flagging and removing my review.

I moved in October 27, 2023--a brand new apartment. On that same day, I noticed there was standing water in the washing machine that would not drain out, and two window screens were missing and/or damaged. Later that evening, I notice the primary shower had very little water pressure. I notified maintenance to let them know what was going on. I also emailed the leasing agent, property manager, assistant property manager and have heard nothing. They eventually sent someone on November 9th to make the repairs. The maintenance man said the combo washing machine/dryer was not in stock and would be delivered the following week. It finally arrived on November 14th. This whole situation is totally unacceptable and could have been avoided. Going forward, management should ensure everything is in working order prior to the tenant taking possession. So potential tenant, please inspect and make sure everything is in working order prior to moving in. On a positive note, I really love the apartment. The jury is still out regarding management and maintenance.
