The Randolph Apartments

I have been staying at this place for more than 2 years. Initially I was in an one bed room apartment and it was nice. Since the end of the last year, I moved to a 2 bed room apartment and it has been a nightmare since then. Major concern: Whenever it rains, water leaks into both of our bedrooms creating a mess. It is damaging our new wooden furnitures as well. We have contacted the management several times and have received assurance that the situation will be taken care of but it has been 3 months and it's still the same. Other concern: There are several entrances to the building. One of the side accesses is not working for more than 3 months now and no action has been taken by the new management even after several complaints.

Please do not move here, I have been living in this apartment for 3 years. when they only show you the cute thing and offers you is a fallacy with only the front and inside of the apartment falling into pieces . It's also not safe lately until the package is stolen and supposedly it inside has a safe place for them and they steal it. Another thing is not safe: the people on the street came inside in front smoking and taking garbage from the bags. I have children and the fear that something happens to them when I send my kids down to get the food this place I not safe it, there is no privacy, it is not clean, just come forward to prove the opposite to the person who goes. yes I do this review because this also bothers me, I have been robbed for 2 times and supposedly I have to file a police report Because I can't see the person who took it, it's incredible that I work to buy the thing for my children and someone else steals it and no one can help you in this office, fix the problem, please don't let anyone move here because every time It always rains and water leaks in the apartment. 3 year with the same problem the fix but when is raining again and again. Here I leave you the proof... I'm disappointed. Three years ago, when the other staff was there, it wasn't anything different. They tried their best to make the tenant feel good, but this time they failed in many ways.
