My fiance and I have been living here for almost 2 years. Prior to new management, we really enjoyed living here. The buildings are sleek and our apartment is nice. Now that new management has came in, we are disappointed with how poor they treat their residents. They have increased the rent, including mandatory amenities charges (storage, parking, gym, etc.) This is advertised as a luxury apartment building, yet, they fail to remove blue covers in the elevators for residents that are finished moving in. We have contacted management about how unsafe the blue covers are, as the hand rails are inaccessible to handicap and disabled individuals. Our complains were ignored, until recently, they have now cut out strips of the blue elevator cover so the hand rails are accessible. It looks like trash, and has only been kept up to keep their elevator in pristine condition. They have now installed cameras in the trash rooms and are threatening to fine residents who do not place their trash accordingly to their rules in the chute and bin $50 for every occurrence. They have already fined us within a week of this new rule. They are a money hungry company and we look forward to moving out. If I could I would rate 0 stars.
