Leland Gardens Apartments

I wanted to let the Leland Garden know that I feel like Kenny who works as the maintenance should get a raise. He does his hardest to help the tenants and he is always there when needed. He doesn't give attitude very respectful towards others.

A apartment complex, multi racial, good place to live has 2 levels for each building. No cockroaches, mice. Wood floor better than carpet. Fair Neighborhood.

Horrible experience little to no commutation was told we would get a 3 br and be able.to move in on July 1st latest by property manager crystal then after trying to contact them multiple times got a phone call saying we are moved to a two bedroom and could not move in for another month me and my 2 kids and pregnant wife will have to scramble to find a place to live then when trying to file a complaint was told again by Crystal that she could not give me any contact info for the district manager I believe they discriminate as other reviews I have read on here they tell you one thing and do another I am very understanding and patient but when there is no commutaon and my kids are left thinking they do not have a place to live because we are house jumping every week and living out of a storage unit is ridiculous I waited a whole month and now told I have to wait another month no one is ever at the offices and never can get anyone on the phone. I will be fing complaints at better bbb and the equal housing
