I relocated from out of state to NJ in February and I love my new place. Danielle Ibas, my realtor helped me through the entire process while I was living in another state. She was super helpful and really went above and beyond to help me feel comfortable with the process since I couldn't be present for an in-person tour. She answered all my questions and kept in touch with me. Since moving in I have had no complaints thus far. I love all the amenities, my apartment, and how accommodating maintenance has been. I love indoor garage for parking which makes me feel safe.

Living here has been amazing so far! Beautiful building in a convenient area, short driving distance from all the shops and stores you need. Danielle was very helpful and made the entire leasing process very smooth. Weve had no issues with maintenance thankfully, I put in requests and theyre resolved quickly. We love the building amenities and apartment itself!

I really can' complain! The place had everything I was looking for when I was apartment hunting. It was within budget, in-unit washer dryer, a gym on premises plus other great amenities like a pool. Oh and I love the assigned parking. It's really a hassle-free living and you get moneys worth. I've had no issues thus far when it come to anything. Heat works, Hot water works, lights work. The place was clean for me to move in. I can't thank Danielle Ibias enough for all her help! She was there throughout the whole leasing process and made sure that I knew what I was getting into. Even after the leasing process she made sure move-in wasn't as painful as it normally would be. You know how some some companies forget about you when they get what they want? Well, Danielle and Compass aren't like that. Nor is West of Hudson Properties. They regularly check-in on you from time to time and make sure everything is good. I also like how they plan events for the tenants! I think it's cool that they find ways to get people to connect, network and get a sense of who their neighbors are. I'm looking forward to the summer and when the pool opens up! All in all, great place to live and great people to know!

I moved into 803 South in March and its a great place. Danielle, who supported me through the touring and application process was a god send. She was always available and answered every question quickly and thoroughly. I really like the garage and not having to fight over street parking, and the fact that the super lives in the building. The other tenants are super kind and I love the amenities. Definitely recommend.
