Leland Gardens Apartments

I have been living here for 15 years. At first apartments were extrmely nice and clean. maintance workers always helped out, now in the last 2 years, there has been a mice problem, they have not painted in the past 8 years. They will not replace the radiators. Can never call the office because they do not answer. New properity manager Crystal had her apartment done over inclduing all new appliances, a dish washer, new fridge, new stove. Her apartment is the only apartment with a dish washer and a chandelier. Also have a mold problem. Also have been asking for my bathroom to be replaced for the past 3 years due to the fact that the tiles are cracked and damaged, they have not replaced the tiles.

Ive been living at Leland Gardens since 2/2006- 6/2023. When I first moved there it was very nice( a lot of older and mature people), Ive seen many changes of workers in management, all very nice, professional and respectful ( except for one property manager Denise..OMG, thank God the worst!).. The last 2-3 years the complex started down, I started to have mice and infestation, at least every other month, I was having my tub backed up, toilet backed up people wasnt picking up after there dog, drug activity going on. I have to give a big up to property manager Crystal Cumberbatch, for responding to my concerns. Ill definitely miss Leland Gardens, some of my neighbors and definitely miss maintenance and management. They were like family. But my move was for warmer/ better weather and inexpensive living. THANK YOU LELAND GARDENS FOR THE SAFE!

Horrible experience little to no commutation was told we would get a 3 br and be able.to move in on July 1st latest by property manager crystal then after trying to contact them multiple times got a phone call saying we are moved to a two bedroom and could not move in for another month me and my 2 kids and pregnant wife will have to scramble to find a place to live then when trying to file a complaint was told again by Crystal that she could not give me any contact info for the district manager I believe they discriminate as other reviews I have read on here they tell you one thing and do another I am very understanding and patient but when there is no commutaon and my kids are left thinking they do not have a place to live because we are house jumping every week and living out of a storage unit is ridiculous I waited a whole month and now told I have to wait another month no one is ever at the offices and never can get anyone on the phone. I will be fing complaints at better bbb and the equal housing
