I bought a refrigerator from here 3 weeks ago & it has stopped working. I called Luis he said he would stop by my house but never did. The next day I called & he said he would stop by & never did. It has been 3 days & no-one has been to my house! The refrigerator is still covered with their 30 day warranty. UPDATE: The store is closed Sunday & Monday - Hours: 11 am - 6pm, & they don't deliver in the rain. It took 1 week of back & forth with the electrician the fridge is broken . But Luis exchanged it for another fridge & he even added the 30 day warranty on it. It's been 2 weeks the fridge is working great & I'm very happy with it!!!

I purchased a washer and dryer, delivery took four days. The owner Louis would not answer the phone when called regarding the delivery. Louis did not come on the initial delivery date. The washer stopped spinning after two weeks. Louis again did not answer the phone to honor warranty. I had to stop in the store for Louis employee to get Louis to answer the phone. Louis reported that he would Flo me fix the washer Saturday, Saturday turned to Sunday. I had to return to the store, Louis again had to be contacted by his employee. Louis reported that he would be out Tuesday between 1pm to 3pm. Louis called at 3pm to say his employee would be coming to fix the washer leaving out in 10 minutes. It is now 9:05pm Louis nor his employee have been seen or heard from.

VERY clean appliances and was taken care of as soon as i stepped into that store my washer is working great and they took care of my delivery quickly and smoothly I recommend this store if you want good used appliances because i went to others and this one was by far the best and i'm not disappointed in the slightest

Negative 5 stars never pick up when they do have attitude...den say call back never call back ..... terrible
