I bought a washer and a dryer from him.. dryer only worked for 2 weeks. I bought them with a 60 day warranty... They charged me $40 more to come and look at it said it needed a part and would come back the next day... guess what they no showed and refused to answer my calls. I'm now out $500 + I tipped and all...Do not buy from them now I have to pay for someone else to come out and repair the dryer I just bought 2 weeks ago.

Very disappointed. I bought a stove and a washer from this store. Both of them could not work properly. I called the manager and he agreed to come to repair next day. Next day he said he was too busy and needed to come next day again. After telling the same thing again and again for 3 days he no longer accept my phone calls.

Sale associate very hospitable and overly exceptional in her customer service skills. The negotiated purchase price was excellent, hopefully the product matches the word of mouth, in service deliverables.
