        Another great job. My tub had been painted twice before. The tech sanded and painted my tub to look like new again! It the 5th tub they have refinished for me all came out great. A whole lot easier than changing a cast iron tub for a cheap fiberglass tub. I will be calling again in my next job!

        The service from Vivian in the office was kind, professional, accommodating and pleasant during all communication. She truly understood any request I may have had. The technician Sean was also pleasant and professional. There was no question about his ability. There was no mess in my home and my tub looks fabulous. I will put pictures up when I get done work today. I am so glad that used jersey bathtub refinishing for my bathroom. Thank you very much.

        Never put the hardware back in on bathtub said he would come back the next day never did and got some paint on tile

        I have an older home and the tub was a source of my pain. I saw this company's advertisement and gave them a call. They were professional and cleaned up once they were finished. My tub looks brand new. So SHINEY!!! Highly recommended Jersey Bathtub Refinishing

      We're sorry you were unhappy with your service, Joe. But it is standard procedure to leave the hardware off the tub so it can cure and the customers usually put it back on the next day or two. Our technician agreed to come back over the weekend, on his day off, and re-install your hardware as a favor, which he did. The job was completed friday afternoon and he re-installed the hardware Sunday morning. We do apologize about the paint on the tile but it was never pointed out to the technician when he returned Sunday, after this review was posted. So he could have removed it for you then. Our supervisor also offered to stop by on Monday and take a look but you respectfully declined. We hope in the future you can reach out to us if there are any issues with the job you received, as we are always willing to resolve any customer complaints as quickly as possible.
