        The plate is loose on the shower floor and no one has responded to fix it since Mar ch 13 2024 after 5 phone calls. It is supposed to be waranteed for a year.

        Very good work. The shower was precisely installed. They cleaned up everything afterwards and hauled debris away.

        It was a great journey from start to finish. Our sales representative Jason , was great , kind and very knowledgeable. We would call with questions and get answers quickly. The product with superior then the competitors. Within two and half weeks we had a new bathtub and new shower. Thats fast and they finished everything for 2 bathrooms in just about one day !!!!! That included new sub walls and new plumbing. Wait to top it off you get a lifetime warranty! Highly recommend
