Honestly, the treatment they give you is not correct... they never take calls, etc. It is always a problem

I've been going to the office for a month to see why they haven't deposited me yet and they only tell me that they don't have to see that it's another department. What I can't explain is who really needs it, it doesn't help them like I do now. Being in need of the card is an abuse and when you go to the office they treat you badly and do not help you.
