They take so freaking long to call you I waited 5 hours and it literally took less than 30 seconds to get the arm implant inserted. And theyre supposed to check it a week after to make sure its in place and im doing fine and THEY called me to reschedule because the doc was goin on vacation that was the end of nov and my appointment isnt till the end of this month!!! They obviously do NOT care about their patients. Everyones first language there is spanish and arent even professional or kind at that. TERRIBLE experience.

Rude nurse I went in as a walk in and was told I wasn't going to be seen and proceeded to lecture me on what I did wrong instead of just trying to help me with what I needed now. Zero useful tips or advice was given just felt like I was being treated like a child . how about making a patient feel like they can be helped instead of putting them down for not keeping up with there health you don't know there story nor should you just stick to helping the patient. no judgment should be given...

Worst Place I have ever been to, they would give you an appointment at one hour but the doctor would see you 3 hours later, Trying to make an appointment with them its almost impossible I been calling every day but no one answer the phone not even leaving a voice mail they'll call you back. My recommendation Go to another place!
