Our family closed on our forever home 14-Sep-2023. We had the best experience with Stewart Title Company. Our Escrow Manager/Paralegal was Sabrina M Nielsen. She is hands down the BEST we've ever worked with. Words can't express our extreme gratitude toward Sabrina. She was so responsive, flexible, determined, and went above and beyond to ensure our family was taken care of during the process. Wiring instructions were easy to follow and funds were received/confirmed within 24 hrs. Special thank you (Sabrina) again for really being so amazing and responsive in the process. One of the worst experiences in my life. For a first time homebuyer, this company makes the closing process a nightmare. I was cleared to close on my house 2 weeks prior to closing and it was still delayed because they didn't get the paperwork turned in on time. Then three weeks later after closing, the deed still isn't filed with the county. You'd think that would be something to follow up on? Why am I chasing down everything?

This location is an absolute embarrassment to the Stewart Title Company reputation. Representatives do not return phone calls, or emails; They Changed my closing date multiple time without explanation or communicating to buyer, seller, or lender; Had difficulties understanding the difference between Personal and Real Property; Had difficulties understanding the complexities of an estate sale, which delayed my purchase closing by more than a month; When I requested a remoted closing, they accused my behavior as "fishy" and implied I had fraudulent intentions; AND...they incorrectly filed my mailing address with the county; STAY AWAY FROM THESE ENTITLED UNPROFESSIONAL AMATEURS. THEIR ACTIONS SINGLE HANDEDLY COST ME OVER $800 IN ADDITIONAL EXTENSION/INTEREST FEES.
