If I could give 0 stars I would. As the seller, they confused the entire process so much it was unbelievable. They would not accept instructions from the bank on the bank's letterhead for wiring funds. They would not accept the mortgage discharge paperwork. They refused to tell the buyers this was a dry closing and keys would not be handed over until all funds were released. Never use this company. They are rude, do not listen to what you are saying and therefore are completely confused. They pull records of someone with your name who is a criminal and although you presented your ss# and drivers license, they are still not convinced it's not you. Unbelievable sloppy process and they don't have a great grasp of the English language, so it's very hard to understand them on the phone.

Linda is so unprofessional, she refused to close the real estate transaction for me on the closing date, just because I didn't agree with his husband Joseph Oey's fee. Joseph is the lawyer that represents me on this deal, and he increased the fee to $1,540 from $1,100 without any notice. And she threatened me if I don't email them to accept the fees, she would not close the transaction for me. In the end we have to email them to agree, because we have been waiting for this closing for so long. Run away from this couple!
