I purchased a table and it was a very easy sale and went well. Then the bench broke. I returned it to have it replaced and it has been months with nothing! I have heard nothing about it at all and I am the one that keeps calling to check in. I just left another message last week with no call back at all. I went into the store and knew exactly what I wanted and bought it immediately. The sale was easy, but I am completely disappointed with the lack of service and leaving me for months with no correspondence and no bench for my kitchen table!***I never came into the store and received a loaner bench. The owner told me he would drop off my broken bench to use after his knee surgery. But when I finally reached him he said he threw the bench out. I am a single mom a 2000$ table is expensive to me . Thanks for the discount lol ***

Summer. I’m very sorry that you feel that way. As I told you the bench came from Mexico and was out of stock. We try very hard to carry things from North America. The item that you picked was out of stock for several months, I did keep in contact with you. I apologized many many times, and I actually offered you a loaner bench which you did pick up at the store. When the bench came in, I personally brought it to your home, I did not wait for one of my drivers or send anyone else. I personally brought it to your home. Period. But you bought a floor sample with a tremendous discount, but Kelly’s Dinette did not treat it that way , we gave you a full warranty and replaced the bench that you said failed after a few months. Again, I am truly sorry that you feel this way, but we are a very good company and we pride ourselves on Customerservice, thank you for your business and if there’s any other way that we can help you or compensate you to make your customer service experience better please reach out to me. We purchased a kitchen table, chairs, sideboard, coffee table and two end tables from Kelly's Dinettes. John and Valerie were such a pleasure to work with. They assisted us in picking out the perfect furniture for a home we recently moved into. Even the delivery men were terrific. I highly recommend this company.

My wife and I visited this place recently and the staff is very nice and helpful. The quality of their tables and chairs are way better then you would buy at most places!

John and Patty were wonderful. Patty help me pick the absolute perfect table set for my newly remodeled kitchen. When the set arrived the table was slightly damaged, John immediately contact Canadel and a new table top was ordered. Received the new table top and it is perfect
