This is one of the few used mattress stores in NJ in the mattress firm chain. Big discounts if you are willing to buy slightly used (returned under warranty) mattresses. They are fully cleaned and sanitized before you get them.

Overall poor buying and especially delivery experience. At time of purchase in store took over hour just to enter order into their new system. First attempt at delivery missed window due to weather which I was fine with. I waited additional 3 hours having been told I was next for delivery. Truck never showed and when I called back was told trucks turned back due to weather but no one was ever told. Nothing communicated to customers or even their stores. Couldn't reschedule for next day due to system as it need 48hrs to return product. Had to reschedule for a week later and had to remove bed cover and pillows from order to do so. Had to go back to store to pick those up.
Second attempt truck shows up and was told that because I had 2 flights of stairs the adjustable base being heavy would need 3 men instead of the 2. Back and forth calls with store and warehouse yield decision to leave adjustable base in middle of living room and they will issue an accommodation for a 3 person team to come 2 days later to bring base up and install/set.
Attempt 3 truck shows up and it's only 2 guys. They said nothing about even needing a 3rd man and within 20min has base setup in bedroom.
Total lack of communication with delivery. Company is sub contractor and not direct with matress firm. There was no red carpet or booties worn to protect flooring etc as was told. At time point I just wanted the bed.
Would never recommend to anyone and will go else where. I was a returning sleepys customer but no more. Scarlet at parsippany store was the only positive of this entire experiences.
