Stickley Furniture | Mattress

My partner and I walked into the store today really excited to purchase furniture for our new home. When we entered we were greeted by two women who saw us , one didnt bother to stand and the other who saw us and sat down after looking at us.. We walked around the store for at 15 minutes and not one person asked us if we needed help. The store was not busy and the sales employees were on their phones and computers. Its the little things in customer service that make or break a deal. We were going to make an extremely big purchase today but instead we walked out and took our business to another store. We really do hope this wasnt because of the color of our skin but because of the lack of good customer service the store provides

When purchasing our Home in Palisades NY my Wife and I knew we wanted Stickley furniture for all of its rooms Stickleys Designer Christina was wonderful to work with her years of design experience and sensitivity to our likes guided us (and so proud of the fact each piece is crafted in New York). Our Stickley is more then furniture its our heirlooms.

Great furniture and a very friendly sales team. There was never any pressure to buy anything and no upselling. They let me take all the time I needed to pick exactly what I wanted/needed. They've also provided lots of great advice as well. Shipping was handled very well. Just a minor ding on a table that most won't notice. Definitely would recommend and will be returning for future purchases. Ask for Kevin Hayes!
