About 3 years ago we purchase a Persian large rug from the Paramus location for over $3K. Few months into the rug, we started noticing it was peeling/shedding more than a typical rug. We called the Paramus location store and spoke to the Manager several times for over a year. Finally, two years thereafter, continuing to call and beg, the associate said (Amir) I will speak to my boss and get back. Chased him or another few weeks, ignoring of our phone calls, emails, he finally agreed to replace Our rug! New rug comes - the same non sense! The yarn is being pulled across majority of the rug, continually shedding, and already worn out on 7-8months. I would never recommend this location and/or the store. It is quite unfortunate because the all the pieces look amazing but the quality is horrible and the lack of care and customer service makes the experience and dollar not worth it! I would never encourage anyone to shop here - You are honestly better off supporting retailers that authentically care the quality of products they care and create a memory that makes you want to purchase again. Save your time and money!

From the moment I went to the show room to make the purchase to the delivery today, I have been very happy with the quality of my furniture and the professionalism of the individuals who assisted me during the sale and installation process. Beautiful Furniture - Beautiful experience! Safavieh has beautiful, elegant and unique pieces.
