Joe was amazing. We had to move my father immediately to a memory care community. We were introduced to him at 5 30 PM and he immediately hopped on the phone to educate us on the various options. He arranged for a tour of an incredible community for the next morning, accompanied us on that 2.5 hour tour and helped us decide on a wonderful community for my Dad. Joe was quick, effective and empathetic during a very emotional time.

It would be hard to find a better eldercare guide than Mr. Chu. He is patient and eager to answer all questions. Working with him was a most pleasant experience, and I couldn't recommend him more highly.

Such a resource and wealth of information!  Joe C. took the time to patiently walk me through my options and guidelines.  He also has a YouTube site full of free guidelines and tips.  He is one of those professionals who is all in to help in his field of expertise.

I started working with Joseph Chu in the fall of 2022 because I was in need of some guidance with my aunt who has been struggling with her independence since 2015 and my mom who has been going through a lot of questions about her living situation since my dad's passing a year ago. I cannot praise Joe highly enough. He has been knowledgeable, thoughtful, kind and thoroughly professional in every way. My loved ones have gone through what I thought were complicated challenges, which have not phased him in the least. The various facilities he has recommended have been just as he said they would be. He has consistently shown himself to have great integrity and I can't think of a better person to help anyone navigate these difficult life changes. He has been a godsend, and I am grateful!
