Run... don't do business with Martin. His customer service is horrible, he lies. We bought a Viking Rangetop which we had to have serviced twice since we got it and now it isn't working again and he is ignoring my calls, texts and e-mails. He promised a 90 warranty and if we had a problem he would fix it or replace it, now he doesn't respond. The Better Business Bureau is getting a complaint as well. You know exactly who I am. You sent Noel here twice to fix it I bought it February 10,2024. As soon as I mentioned a replacement you ignored my two emails, two phone calls and a text message last Saturday 3/16

Bought an LG REFRIGERATOR from them. Several months later had to call LG to come look at fridge because it wasnt staying cool. When the LG technician checked out the fridge, he said he couldnt touch anything and the fridge was garbage. He took pictures of non LG parts and spliced wires. This was such a fire hazard. Going to speak with a lawyer about my options. I would not buy anything from these crooks. This is in response to the stores reply below. dont know why your salesman didnt write the receipt correctly but it was an lg refridgerator. My mother was the one who bought it at your store. We see how you work on your products and do not think its safe to have you guys try and fix it. Maybe you should train your salesmen on how to write a receipt and you should also disclose that items you sell have been refurbished with non manufacturer parts.

We got a deal on a replacement refrigerator and now we have to get a replacement freezer that burned out,it never ends I swear!!!
