I have been a patient at Empire Dental for several years, and every visit is better than the last. The entire staff, from the front desk to the hygienist and assistants are amazing. Dr. Alla, I would like to express my gratitude for the excellent checkup I had at your office. I also wanted to commend your amazing staff for their professionalism and kindness. Empire Dental Group @ 2515 County Road / Route 516. Old Bridge NJ 08857 2027 March 22 Friday phone call - called today to schedule an appointment with the hygienist for routine cleaning. Was told that they are NO longer participating in United Healthcare Community Plan. I feel obliged to make this public in this review so Members of the this plan do NOT have to waste their time scheduling an appointment with Empire Dental Group. This is a major setback for members like myself whenever a dental practice stops participating in the United Healthcare Community Plan. I was willing to pay out of pocket for cleaning and X-rays but was told that the earliest available appointment is April 30. Also 1:00 PM is NOT good to schedule an appointment - the hygienist takes her lunch break at 1 PM. I hope this is helpful to other members who use the United Healthcare Community Plan at this particular dental practice at this location. 2022 Oct.11 - Perfect 5 stars . All went well today. Nice and pleasant. Good reliable dental practice, nice presentable clean facility, and nice dependable staff. My hygienist is nice, sweet, kind, likeable, dependable, attentive, understanding, and very patient. I have had only positive dental visits so far. Nothing to complain about. Also, love the bathroom - very clean and easily accessible.
