Wonderful experience from start to finish! Office staff was very friendly. Catherine the hygienist did my cleaning and it was the best one Ive ever had! Very thorough! Dr. Malik explained everything and answered all questions! Could not have been nicer!

Thedental office is very inviting. The receptionists are extremely nice and welcoming. Shanecia was my hygienist, I sat there hands clenched waiting for pain, but she was painless. She was excellent. Dr. Donelan was very nice, explained everything to me, for me to understand. I will be going back and recommending this practice.

After being a patient for over 5 years, I'm disappointed with recent changes in how this group handles appointments and communicates with patients. If you have an upcoming appointment, and you dont answer their call to confirm the appointment, they will leave you a voicemail stating If we do not get a confirmation from you today by 12PM your reservation will be released. This voicemail has been left for me 6 months ago before my exam, and again recently. This threat of releasing my reservation if I don't call back by a certain time of day adds unnecessary stress and is unprofessional. Feels more like a Wild West standoff than a dentist office. Also, despite confirming my appointment several times for today at 6pm, I was told last minute today that they couldn't see me at 6pm, and to either come at 4:30pm or reschedule for another day. This inconsistency in scheduling and communication has become frustrating.
