The employee's are very professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable about the real estate market. They take care in how they deal with each owner and prospective client. Since 1967 my parents have been dealing with the Marr Agency. First, Dave and Jo Marr, then Michael Hoffman and now Stephen Hoffman. The agents at Marr Agency are like family to us. They are very helpful with keeping things running smoothly. They even assisted us with building our new home 2 blocks from their office, and they help with renting it, maintenance issues, as well as recommending outside services. They are very thorough with screening potential renters. Most of our neighbors are permanent residents and have actually made friends with some of our repeat renters. We have never had any issues with the purchase of 3 properties and the sale of 2 of our properties. As far as my parents and I are concerned, they are the ONLY realtor in Ocean City. We are on the Gold Coast, and parking is sometimes a challenge but where in Ocean City is it not? When the topic of summer vacations comes up with friends, we always tell them to go to Ocean City and see the Marr Agency. - Steve and Susan Benson

My wife and I used Marr Realty ( more specifically Stephen Hoffman) to sell our house in Ocean City. It was the smoothest and most professionally handled Real Estate transaction that we have ever been a part of. Stephen was on top of every detail. He was timely , accurate and completely transparent in all aspects of the sale. In fact, he had to sell our house twice because the original buyer did not qualify for a mortgage (despite having been pre-approved for a mortgage!).Stephen/Marr Realty was an absolute pleasure to work with. We can't say enough good things about them!
