Justin Selby has been so wonderful to work with. We met on the telephone when he responded to my inquiry concerning a condo community in Ocean City NJ. My husband and I have a dog and cat; so we need a condo community that allows pets. As the community I had initially called about did not accept dogs (which Justine knew), he asked me some general questions concerning our search parameters, such as price and time line. Justin emailed me a grid that he had created showing all the condo (we wanted a condo) communities in our price range, that took a dog, the areas in OC where they were located and the addresses. I could then look up past sales; if there were no active listings to determine if we would be interested. Justine had offered to communicate with current owners to see if they were considering selling. He also offered to drive us around the island in his golf cart to see any properties we had an interest. Well, one came on the market that we liked via the listing photos. Justin, who lives in Ocean City, went to the listing and showed it to us via Facetime. We live about 2 hours away. We liked it! As the Condo is near the bay, we wondered if flooding was ever an issue. Justin went back on a very rainy night and even spoke with an owner who stated that there has never been flooding including Superstorm Sandy. He really did go above and beyond for us! And got soaked in the process. We made an appointment with Justin to see the unit. Justin was able to answer or get answers for all of our questions. He was always available and responded very quickly. He guided us in the offer process and was easily reached when we had questions. Our offer was accepted! Justin continued to provide his guidance and expertise through the rest of the timeline to closing and beyond. He has helped with finding us a handyman for some alterations we want to make. We feel very comfortable asking Justine for his advice on the property or recommendations for a contractor Frankly, we feel we have made a friend! I've bought and sold a number of properties and he is the most attentive and professional Realtor I've worked with. Working with Justine made a normally stressful process very relaxing and enjoyable. We have already mentioned his name to friends who are thinking of purchasing a property in Ocean City.

Justin Selby is an outstanding Real Estate Agent. From the first time you meet him, his demeanor will make you feel comfortable and allow you to take the stress out of the buying or selling process. His knowledge of and overall experience in the industry, personal attention to details, and his willingness to go the extra mile, is what makes Justin stand out from the rest. He had my townhome under contract within 24 hours of the buyer viewing it and for the price I desired. Justin was available to answer all my questions and arranged the necessary inspections which made my entire selling process seamless. I must also give kudos to his team.
