My wife and I recently bought a twin with 3BR, 1.5 Bath in Wildwood NJ. This was a 4 year process as we started this 2nd home search in 2020. We made with offers that never yield us a property. Excellent to work with and very responsive. They were my realtors twice here in Ocean City. If and when I buy again I will definitely seek them out. Note, if you see a home that you are interested in you can inform the listing agent or realtor sitting at the Open House, etc. you are working with Lorie and Brad that way everyone is informed going forward. This way you get to see the house quickly and at the same time being forthcoming. When selling or buying, I highly recommend Brad and Lorie Rice.
