I'm unhappy about my last experience. I used the drive thru for an atm deposit. The machine didn't accept one 100 dollar bill so I go inside and man tells me I have to call the 800 number. Meanwhile he looks up on the machine and saw that atm accepted the cash . The person on the phone filed a claim and it's been almost a week and I have not seen any such $100 posted to my account. I have rent coming up. I'm unhappy and from now on I'll go to Ocean Township branch. I have found from the past that they are much nicer.

The only bad expierence i had in this bank was helping translate for a friend of mine and a lady (Susana) was so lazy and so rude thank fully her manager came out and took care of it. He was very help full but this so called lady just brings the place down if you dont like what you do then might as well not work there. Im just shocked she had a job still anyways other than her everyone else was so kind and helpful!
