Terrible doctor !!! Neglected me after surgery , was suppose to remove my pins 2 weeks after surgery and took 5 weeks and also got infected !! I dont recommend him at all !! His staff is rude as well all of them are catty an were talking about me laughing amongst each other , they must really be bored an have nothing else going on in there life and I also called over 20 times !!!! Leaving voice mails !! An they never call back !!! This has to be the worst experience Ive encountered in a very long time !! Unprofessional rude delusional doctor and staff !! Stay away from this guy !! My finger is now crooked !!!

After my Gastric Bypass in 2009, I worked hard to keep off 80lbs. However, I continue to have severe rashes due to hanging skin that affects my day to day. After careful research of procedures and surgeons, I came across Dr. Ponamgi. His experience alone convinced me to make an appointment. I called and got in right away! At my appointment visit, I was greeted by his receptionist/ Medical assistant, Lilian. She was extremely helpful and sweet. The wait time was short and my consultation gave me hope. I met with the practice manager afterwards, Ms. B. Khan, who was simply amazing! She was knowledgeable yet so compassionate. She explained the process of authorization with insurances and kept in contract following my appointment. I received authorization today - less than a week! I am scheduled for surgery at the end of May! I would recommend Dr. Ponamgi and his staff to EVERYONE!
