Front desk receptionist has horrible customer service. Very unprofessional has a big attitude and does not know how to speak to patients in a respectful way. I do not recommend this office.

Went to this doctor as suggested by someone close to me. I went once and was done. Done as in never going back to this place. I went in to get bloodwork and then was told results are in but had to go in for yet another visit for test reults and pay again. I never had that with ANY doctor. So I called front desk and everyone got rude and irrate as son as I asked for blood results they said no, come in to office. I asked what lab i could just walk in and get my results it was somehere in South Jersey which you have to go there to get them in person and they have no setup so you can view it at home like Quest Diagnostics. I basically said stick the results somewhere where the sun don't shine when I was rudely spoken to. Thankfully now i go to a doctor that actually checks your vitals and all checks a normal doctor does. This guy's motto is how many patients can I get to come and pay for visits then brush them off for any other needs. These patients going in are nothing but cash cows. Anyone that stirs the pot with the receptionist or front desk will be sent away and frustrated with no other choice but to walk away. I have someone I know that is still waiting for prescribed medication to be sent into the Pharmacy. 3 weeks!!! The The Hippocratic Oath does not apply to this doctor. Stay far away unless you want to live your life with undiagnosed possible issues!

Dr. Shah and his staff are excellent! They're very knowledgeable when it comes to medical issues. Also, I feel like I'm seeing a caring family member every time I go for a visit. Even after moving into New York City, I've continued going here for the great quality and care they provide.
