The guys at Epoxy Plus are extremely approachable and helpful. Soon after I started my project, I realized how hard designer metallic epoxy is to work with. I had messed up on my work several times, and the folks at Epoxy Plus did not shy away from offering their guidance and expertise. Chris was very friendly and well experienced at this stuff. He provided various tips that I hadnt known about when it came to creating the design I had imagined of. The product is also very affordable (compared to its competitors) and forgiving as if you mess up or arent happy with your work, you can definitely give it another go and see if you like it better.

I have used several kits and completely satisfied with the performance of their products. One shipment came with some damage and one phone it rectified. Complete satisfaction, highly recommend.

Most of the items I ordered arrived with no issues. However: the spiked shoes were a joke. Continually lost the bolts off the spikes in the middle of installation. Tried ordering the urethane top coat separately. Had to cancel my order after 3 failed attempts to receive it. Damaged in shipping 3 times. Maybe it should be packaged better, ya think?!

Email them so they can assist me with purchasing their product, 2 weeks later no answer, called a different company and got my epoxy right away
