Your location at 4236 West Palm Beach Fl is pitiful. 3 clerks working on one return. One of them walks away, one on register and the third decides to open long enough to check her friend out then close the register with four people in line.

I want to file a complaint on a store in Memphis Tennessee on hickory hill I originally purchased my items there and couldnt fit a skirt and a pants. I took it to the Southaven location they let me exchange for another pair of pants and I paid the difference. I couldnt fit the pants and outfit from the Southaven store so I went to the Memphis store I went the next day after purchasing the items from Southaven the young lady advised the manager was not in and to come back the next day. I called the next day and asks was the manager in before going and was told no and that she would be in the following day. I drove to Memphis the next day greeted by the same young lady and she advised again the manger was not in. But would be in the remainder of the week and to come back she advised I would not get a refund but exchange or gift card. I returned today and was told I couldnt do a return or exchange because the pants werent in the store anymore she refused to allow me to exchange for an item of equal value as I am walking out someone else has an item thats not in there store and was able to return it she was very rude dismissive and unprofessional

Visited Madrag in El Paso and the store employee was rude. Very horrible customer service for my first time visiting. I asked the employee that rung me up about their return policy & she informed me that I could get my money back during the 14 days. We were told the dressing rooms were closed so we werent allowed to try on anything. Went to the store and was told that the cashier that rung me up basically lied about the refund policy and was told I should have referred to my receipt and it wasnt their problem. Asked how could I refer to something thats printed after I pay my money after Im told I could get a full refund. Employee gave me a fake name after I told her I was filing a complaint and the store manager was rude & talked over me when I called to complain about her employee. This store does not have any customer service hiring standards.
