If scamming was legal this is definitely it ! Ive been trying to get in contact for almost a week now and no one answers the phone . I keep receiving notices in mail, they removed my credit card from my account and now I cant even update anything on my account (zero access) . This is horrible and now I know why they have a 1 star review .

Agent and supervisor refused to provide receipt and EZ pass activity. Who knows if Ill ever see my tag deposit again.

It is always at least an hour wait. I would speak nicely about their customer service but the wait is so long that it ruins everything else. Updated on 1/23/24:After my initial review I did have to call back(probably will have to one more time soon but thats besides the point) and spoke to a gentleman by the name of James. He was a supervisor that made things clear to understand and assisted me with my original issue. So I am bumping my rating up to 3 stars because of my interaction with him and another very kind young lady I spoke to in a previous time but the wait to speak to someone is still ridiculous. Updated on 4/9/24:So I knew I was going to have to call back again. After calling 3x and a total of about 2 hours, Emuvoke was the representative that finally made it a pleasant experience. The two young ladies before her unfortunately were either clueless or sarcastic and somehow both times the line disconnected(insert super sarcasm). I resolved my issue and the wait to speak to a representative was much, much faster today thankfully. Hence, my bump up to 4 stars.

It is clear why the rating for NJ EZ Pass is so low at 1.6 given how they chose to do business with customers which obviously does not include making it EZ as their name suggests. It is typical of NJ to employ people who seemingly would be otherwise unemployable, with profoundly bad attitudes, no sense of resolve or prioritizing customer careso consistent with other NJ government offices so shouldnt be surprised. Trying to simply pay a bill and being treated as though you are trying to steal something or commit fraud! Shouldnt 4 pieces of identifiable account information be sufficient?! Well apparently not according to agent Tyneshia or supervisor Aliyah who tells me she is going to get me to a manager and passes me on to another supervisor Anish who initially tells me she is a manger until I question that and then put me to the VM of Shawnette and as expected, I am still waiting for a return call. And this is just to pay a billwhomever leads this establishment is clearly unbothered by the poor experiences had by too many customers
