The team is very responsive and helpful for any issues that had come up come so far. Ashley has been a great building manager and was there to help with any questions. It is also so close to everywhere such as Prudential center and also Newark Penn station, which makes commuting to work, super easy and convenient. Also, the best part is the rents are so affordable

By far the best luxury apartments in Newark New Jersey. The team like Ashley, Yolanda, Tania, and everybody else in the Paramount office are so helpful with any requests!

The worst management of all time. We have homeless people sleeping in the building! Each week we are having issues with the apartment. Everything is falling apart. We had a fire department visit just because the company didnt follow the required procedure with fire alarms. Management doesnt keep the building clear. Garbage on our floor stays for weeks. Management lied on multiple occasions. Especially when we asked about noise-proof walls. We hear people just talking next door. I ended up ruining my clothes while doing laundry because management failed to clean the machine after previous tenants. Just read reviews of Paramount Assets on Google, this place is horrible.

There is a reply below referencing a 5 star review. That is because this building will give you a $50 Amazon gift card to pay for one. In reality this place is one where you get what you pay for, and sometimes even less. -4/5 of my windows panes leak heavily when it rains -if the fire alarm is triggered they will not turn it off until business hours. That means if it goes off Friday night you will have a 120 decibel siren in your home for 2 days. -the washer/dryer takes 3 cycles to dry, which can bring your electric bill to $100/month. -neighbors often throw parties, the quiet hours are not enforced -the trash chute leads to an open pile connected to the mailroom and lobby. In the summer you will be smelling rotting food every time you come home, or the bleach they pour on the floor to cover the smell You can report these issues for an entire one year lease and never see maintenance or even hear back.

Just moved into Clifton flats, I fell in love instantly. I love the layout of the apartments and also the leasing agent (Anthony) was always there to answer all the questions that I had to make sure this was the perfect apartment for me to move in.
