Aspen River Park Apartments

Ii got a referral from an agency thats willing to pay first month rent and security and a additional 3 months for me and my family but so far its always something back ground came back great no evictions criminal background clean now its something in regards to child support which I look up through hud should hold no bearing but I supplied the documents showing that its being payed down now I wanna see what you guys come up with next. I feel like Im being discriminated against for what reason I dont know but I feel I am first its everything is great then its well this happened and we need this I only have but so much time to qualify for this program and time is running out and I keep getting the run around

Absolutely awful management, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Recently they told me about back rent I never knew about because apparently i never re-leased with them even though i did, they claim that they sent notices but if I had received a notice I would have immediately went and sorted it out. They also keep stating that they sent out a notice, i know this is a lie because my neighbor is going through the same thing and also never received notice.
