        Forest Hill Terrace is a great place to reside. I have lived here almost 4 years now and I don't plan on moving anytime soon. The neighborhood is safe, there's always parking and the complex is maintained well. I would recommend Forest Hill Terrace to anyone looking for a new residence.

        Horrible apartment complex , They state they give free heat & hot water but are stingy with the heat . The fact that we have to pay overpriced rent and have NO HEAT DURING THE WINTER TIME IS ABSURD . This is no place for a baby to even survive due to the lack of heat you will literally freeze to death & all they tell you is to buy a heater when they are supposed to be providing heat !!!!!!!!!! Save yourself from this place they truly dont care for their residents especially during -4 degree weather . Its insane !!!!
