Brunswick Student Housing

Landlord was very active in updating the house and always looking for ways to improve the house whether it was something that needed fixing or for entertainment. I had a few security issues throughout the year and Bill assisted by installing auto locking doors and providing camera footage. Overall great experience at 68 Townsend.

Bill is a really great landlord overall. He is always upgraded things in the house even without our asking, he is very open to suggestions as well. Anytime we had an issue, Bill was just a call away and even sent his team when he was unavailable to come himself. I really can not speak more highly of Brunswick Student Housing overall it was incredibly affordable and was amazing compared to some horror stories Ive seen in the past about Rutgers housing options. Dont hesitate to talk to him if you are looking for housing!

Bill was a great landlord and the property was great. If there was any issue it was fixed quickly. I would highly recommend.

Bill is an amazing landlord who responds very quickly when any repairs or issues arose at the house. During my stay at 56 Handy St, he made several quick repairs to the house and many improvements without us even asking. He very clearly cares about the people he rents to and makes a stellar effort to maintain and improve the house. Highly recommend!
