        The Hub on Morrell is an amazing option for both students and all individuals looking for safe and high quality housing in New Brunswick. During the two years that I lived there, the management and maintenance were always extremely helpful and responsive at all times. The added security in the building and the very short distance to College Ave also made for a much more comfortable stay. An especial thanks to Dave for making us feel very welcome during our time living there.

        Do not rent here they will shaft you with all kinds of random feed not explicitly stated in the lease. I do not know how this is legal. Charged me close to a thousand dollars in random move. In fees, move put fees, turnover fees then added random fees and couldnt provide a reason. Stay at the Lex it is far more reasonable and you get free parking.
