The Lofts at Neilson Crossings

WOW, I just did a tour and was blown away by how nice these apartments are! They have luxury loft style apartment with upgraded appliances, exposed brick, and a balcony. I feel like Im back in NYC and very excited to move in. 100% recommend to anyone looking for a new apartment in New Brunswick!!!!

Stunning apartments with excellent leasing options and a great area of New Brunswick. Walking distance of everything downtown in the city center including over 50 eateries, multiple theaters, a comedy club, plenty of parking decks, and the train station. The architecture is amazing and truly redeveloped the building with modern style and grace.

The apartments are amazing, or seem to be, but the owners are dishonest and unethical. My wife and I were in the final stages of signing our lease. We had completed the process and were simply waiting on the final documents. Instead, we were informed that another candidate had expressed interest after we had already submitted an application. This candidate however was willing to move in about 1 month prior to us, therefore, our application was cancelled via a 2 sentence email with no compromise. We were very blindsided and disappointed. Update 4/1/21: The response that was left on this review by the property is misleading and does not represent the conversations that were had.
