New Brunswick Arms Apartments

I’ve lived in this apartments studio room about 3 years ago, and Here are the pros and cons: Pros were the maintenance guys showed up quickly, no heater/hot water issue. And also apartment entrance gate is perfectly restricted so no homeless guys cannot come into the apartments. Cons were there were noisy tenants, and not properly sealed door so dust comes in from the hallway and occasionally mice too (never had bugs tho). Also the elevator literally looks like it was installed in 50s and I guess I am lucky it never crashed. There is a reason why the rent is so cheap, and I would say you get what you pay for.

Ive been trying to call and been on there website for months looking for a studio no response. Must be a scam.

Very cheap, close to public transit and local grocery stores/shops. Heat/hot water are included and laundry is on-site. Good for individuals looking for affordable housing in New Brunswick.
