PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE specially if you have kids. I struggled whole year with noisy neighbors and management never replied to my numerous emails. My kids got locked into the apartment. I tried calling the building emergency number but no one answered. Had to call 911 and they were surprised to find out that building did not have any emergency plan (no universal key for fire department either). They could not contact office either and had to break the lock to rescue my kid. Management charged me 1000 dollars and now not responding to my emails again when I am trying to contest it. Thinking about taking legal action as i have all the records saved up. Please live some place where they value your family's safety

Keep taking down my reviews your building is still trash. Smells, elevators dont work, buzzers always broken, windows dont close all the way or open properly, loud because of the bad windows and proximity to the highway, tons of hidden fees they dont tell you about on the website. Just not worth it at all.
Just took a nice cold shower in the middle of January, then straight out into my drafty apartment. Nothing better.

I've lived in The Brunswick since last Fall 2022. The leasing office treats you well as a new tenant. But once you move in, you're treated like a second class citizen. For example, the property manager talks down to you and is arrogant, especially if you disagree with his assessment of any issue you have in your apartment. HE DEFINITELY HAS NO BUSINESS BEING IN A CLIENT-FACING ROLE.
Furthermore, the majority of the time I call the leasing office, no one answers the phone. It automatically transfers to an outside call center. I've called separate times in the morning AND afternoon, yet no one answers from the office. But when I walk down to the leasing office (I live in the same building as the leasing office), the staff and the manager are there sitting at their desks with no one else in the room! They are clearly not performing the basic responsibilities of helping their tenants. If they respond to my review to call the leasing office so this can be worked out - which they will - I assure you, no one will answer the phone.
I'm warning you, once you become an existing tenant, you'll be treated poorly. You should strongly consider renting from the Renaissance Plaza Square or the Quincy, which are one street away. I've heard great things about them.

Believe the other one star from the other reviewers. These buildings were maintained and cleaned on a regular basis under Riverwatchs management. Now being managed and I used the word managed loosely by Aion and the place is now a dump. They take care of the lobby area only and no cleaning done on the upper floors. Had to extend my lease a few months while I take care of office relocation but Im out of this dump. Not with the rent they are charging.
